(например, с 8 до 18). Если водитель паркуется так, что часть сессии выходит за платное окно,
звёзды списываются только за платные часы — бесплатное вечернее/ночное время не тарифицируется
(как auto-stop в EasyPark). Значения 0 и 24 = зона платная круглосуточно.
